The Palmeras Estates is the marketing name for Las Palmeras Subdivision, a recorded subdivision in Hidalgo County, Texas, owned and developed by Santuario Investments & Holdings LLC, a Texas-based company affiliated with Aktiva Inmobiliaria SAPI de CV, part of the Aktiva Capital Group.

All property sales are conducted directly by the legal owner, Santuario Investments & Developments LLC, through a licensed Texas title company. The Palmeras Estates website and its representatives act solely as authorized representatives of the owner and are not licensed real estate brokers or agents.

All information provided on this website, in brochures, or by phone — including lot sizes, prices, renderings, availability, and projected returns — is intended for general marketing purposes only.
